Application du broyeur classificateur à air dans le traitement du carbonate de calcium

Introduction

Working principle of air classifier mill

Air classifier mill achieves ultra-fine processing through synergistic effect of mechanical grinding and airflow classification:

Grinding stage

Material enters grinding chamber through the feeding system, and then high-speed rotating grinding disc (can reach 3000-8000 rpm) grinds the particles into finer sizes.

Grading stage

The built-in dynamic classifying wheel controls the centrifugal force by adjusting the rotation speed (100–3000 rpm) to achieve precise particle separation.

Qualified particles enter the collection system with air flow, and coarse particles return to the grinding area for re-treatment, forming a closed-loop system.

The effect of calcium carbonate after being treated by air classifier mill

In the production of heavy calcium carbonate (GCC): Air classifier mill can finely classify the coarse powder produced by mills, such as Raymond mill, and it can remove oversized particles and impurities, to produce filler-grade products with high whiteness and high dispersibility. This kind of GCC particles is suitable for application in industries of paper-making and cables.
