Ultrafine grinder operating procedures
- Before starting the machine, check if there is oil in the lubrication area.
- Take out metal, sand, stones, and other debris from the materials. This will prevent damage to the machine parts.
- Do not put your hands into the feed port and do not open the machine cover during operation.
- Choose aperture of the screen well. Repair the damaged areas.
- It is strictly forbidden to start under load. The machine should run for one minute before evenly feeding. Inject a sufficient amount of water when beating.
- Run the machine at idle for 2 minutes. Then, stop it to remove the remaining materials.
Adjustment and maintenance of ultrafine grinder
1. The main parts of the crusher include flat teeth, round teeth, large and small grinding teeth. Fine steel with good dynamic balance is used in both flat and round teeth. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced. Say the size of the self-made gold processing. Each piece should not weigh more than 1 gram different. This is to avoid vibration damage to the bearings and the machine.
2. Screens of various specifications from 0.6 to 12 mm. When replacing, the glossy side needs to be facing down.
3. The bearings are regularly filled with fast butter. They are inspected every half month. If serious wear is found, they should be replaced or repaired in time.
4. Collisions are strictly prohibited. If the machine is shut down for a long time, clean and care for both its inside and outside. This will prevent rust.
5. If it has a defect, the user can get free repairs from the manufacturer.
Precautions for ultrafine grinder
1. Operators should stand by the feeding port. They are banned from reaching into it. They are not allowed to open the machine cover during operation or until the machine has stopped.
2. It is strictly forbidden to start under load. If the feeding port is blocked, do not force feed with hands or wooden sticks. Stop the machine at once for inspection. When working, feed the material in an appropriate amount and evenly. If there is semi-wet material, it is best to dry it in the sun or reduce the feeding amount.
Ultrafine grinder machine maintenance and storage
1. Check each part often. This will stop them from getting loose and falling off. That could damage the machine.
2. Fill each oil hole with oil often. Clean the bearing parts and fill them with lithium grease every six months.
3. When shutting down the machine, it should be idle for a period. It should blow out the remaining material and then shut down.
4. When the machine is out of service, remove debris outside it. Grease all rotating parts. Store it in a dry warehouse with no corrosive gases.
